Admission Requirements
At Government Girl Secondary School, Dutse, we are committed to nurturing the academic and personal growth of young women. Our admission process is designed to identify students who are eager to embrace our rigorous academic curriculum and contribute positively to our school community.
For SS1 Applicants:
- Completed and downloaded ERC (Education Resource Centre) Form.
- Payment Receipts: Attach successful payment receipts of the generated RRR.
- BECE or ERC Result: Minimum of six (6) credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
- Statement of Result: From the previous school attended.
- Birth Certificate.
- Medical Certificate of Fitness: Recent certificate required.
- Laboratory Report: Including Genotype, Blood Group, Malaria, Typhoid, and Hepatitis B from a government hospital.
- National Identity Number (NIN) of the applicant.
- Functional Email Address: Ensure the email address provided is active and accessible.
For SS2 Applicants:
- Completed and downloaded ERC (Education Resource Centre) Form.
- Payment Receipts: Attach successful payment receipts of the generated RRR.
- BECE or ERC Result: Minimum of six (6) credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
- SS1 Results: All three term results (1st term, 2nd term, and 3rd term).
- Transfer Certificate: From the previous school.
- Statement of Result: From the previous school attended.
- Birth Certificate.
- Medical Certificate of Fitness: Recent certificate required.
- Laboratory Report: Including Genotype, Blood Group, Malaria, Typhoid, and Hepatitis B from a government hospital.
- National Identity Number (NIN) of the applicant.
- Functional Email Address: Ensure the email address provided is active and accessible.
How to Apply
- Step 1: Fill out the ERC form and download it.
- Step 2: Make the required payment and ensure you have the successful payment receipts.
- Step 3: Prepare all the required documents as listed above.
- Step 4: Submit your application through our admission portal or in person at the school's administrative office.
